Emmett Daly has for more than thirty years worked with businesses, schools and not-for-profits in devising creative solutions for achieving strategic goals and addressing their significant challenges.

Mr. Daly’s career in investment banking has focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, and related strategic matters. He has particular expertise in the financial services sector, having worked on more than 250 mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Since 2003, he has been a Partner in the Investment Banking Group of Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. He held similar positions at Merrill Lynch and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.

Mr. Daly holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.

He serves on the boards of the College of the Holy Cross General Alumni Association and the New Jersey chapter of the Regional Plan Association. He has been the Board President of the Student/Partner Alliance for five years, a trustee for ten and has mentored a dozen students through the S/PA program. He and his wife Regina reside in Summit, NJ and have two sons in college and a daughter in high school.
