Students are selected based solely on financial need and motivation.  Prospective students must complete an application which is available through S/PA affiliated high schools, once the student has entered the application process to that school.

Each winter, applications for the next academic year will be due on February 15th of the preceding year.  Students who meet the financial requirements will be invited to a personal interview, along with their parent or guardian.  Interviews are conducted by S/PA staff at the participating school.  Students must be willing to participate in S/PA programs and adhere to its policies and guidlines which include communication with the student’s sponsoring partner and a strong commitment to academic and personal achievement.  Students will be notified of their acceptance into the program after the interview process has been completed.
