Margaret Momber

Executive Director

Margaret Momber joined Student/Partner Alliance as Executive Director in October 2011. She started her career in The White House and then pursued a fifteen-year career as an international banker, living in France and Germany. Fifteen years ago, she transitioned to the nonprofit sector. Margaret’s corporate and government experience and financial background, coupled with her exposure to many different cultures, enables her to bring a unique perspective to her work as a nonprofit executive. Margaret has a B.A. from Swarthmore College, an M.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University and a certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from the Rutgers Business School’s Center for Nonprofit and Philanthropic Leadership. Margaret lives in Madison and has two grown children.          

Stephanie Ramos

Director of Development

Stephanie Ramos joined Student/Partner Alliance as Director of Development in March 2016. Stephanie has devoted her career to education, working in the nonprofit sector for over fifteen years. She worked with Princeton Project 55 (now Princeton Alumni Corps) and, most recently, spent nine years in the NY Development Office of Facing History and Ourselves. Stephanie has extensive fundraising experience, including event management, major gifts, board development, and annual campaigns. She has an A.B. in Sociology from Princeton University and an M.S.from the Milano School of International Affairs, Management, & Urban Policy at the New School. She lives with her husband and three young children in Fanwood.

Kristin Shannon

Director of Marketing and Communications

Kristin joined Student/Partner Alliance as the Director of Marketing and Communications in December of 2022.  She has over 20 years of work experience in Advertising, Marketing and Sales, working in NYC for Young and Rubicam, The Excite Network and Drum Associates.  Prior to joining Student/Partner Alliance, Kristin served as a Marketing Specialist at iEnterprises Holdings, LLC, a Computer Software Company based in Chatham, NJ.  Kristin is an active volunteer in her community, serving as President of the Chatham Newcomers and Social Club and currently holding a position on the Communications Committee at Fairmount Country Club.  While with iEnterprises, she successfully organized a number of charitable events benefitting the Tri-County Scholarship Fund in Mendham, NJ. Kristin earned her B.A. in American Studies from Lafayette College in Easton, PA and lives in Chatham, NJ with her husband, Josh and their two sons.

Sheila Casimir

Program Associate 

Sheila Casimir joined Student/Partner Alliance as a Program Associate in October of 2022. Sheila also works as a Child Development Specialist for children with delays and special needs 0-3 years of age. In addition, for the past 15 years, she has worked as a Behavior Therapist treating adults with delays and special needs. Sheila has a Bachelors in Social Work from Rutgers University and is currently in school at Kean University to obtain a Masters Degree in Counseling. She has traveled to Australia and New Zealand where she worked as an Au pair and a Teacher Assistant.
